After reading many reviews i ordered this draft stopper because it said it was 4034 and the complaint i had read most often were that 3634 long ones were too short

When it arrived it turned out to be 3634 of insulation with a couple of inches of fabric on the ends and indeed allowed cold air to leak around the ends

You can mold them to be like its airtight
