I initially lost the base plate for the stock ballhead and when i went to order a replacement they were on backorder for several weeks

I also had to switch out the bottom plate on the new ballhead as i purchased as lbracket for my camera and most lbrackets work with arca style mounts

I have not put any large lens and fullformat camera combinations on them yet so i dont know what the capacity of the ballhead is but it locks down entrylevel dslrs and kit lenses with ease

When i recently got a decent camera i knew i would need a good tripod and not one like the cheap ones from big box stores that are always flimsy and poorly made

While i am not and never will be a professional photographer it suits my needs very well and has some features that were a surprise at this price like the ability to invert the head and put the camera closer to the ground for a lower perspective
