When we first got the collar i thought it was working but the dog was use to the shock collar from another company and now that she knows it isnt working she barks as much as before

It signals and even says it is going to schock or whatever but it doesnt

It took a little bit to get it configured to the right settings but once i did it would vibrate properly when she would bark
