When i went to fill the second one the spray came shooting out in all directions a piece of it came off and then really shot out

I called to get an exchange and the guy on the phone wanted to troubleshoot it which was silly because at this point it was straight broken

So he told me to go online and fill out a warranty claim i wish he could have just done the exchange right then and there

In the meantime the one that did work starts falling apart

The screw that keeps it together is so tiny that anytime my dog shakes his head it comes apart

However they seem to be made pretty cheaply and if you need an exchange be expected to wait a couple of weeks

I know its snail mail and all but its been such a headache to get the broken one exchanged that i dont even want to bother with the other one
