I measured around their noses as the instructions showed but there are parts that seem too big or too small that i cannot adjust any further such as the strap going behind their ears could be tighter but the strap going between their eyes could be longer since im not able to lengthen it to attach to their collar like they are designed to do but they function just fine

My only problem the sizing method i did everything it asked yet it did not fit my dog as her neck is much larger than the strap that went around it i will return and get the next size up
