Seems like a quality product but the ingredients are specific and limited and the number of pills is high
She isnt having any difficulties taking these with the multivitamins but when this jar is done she will not be taking them any longer
The extra folate youd be getting along with the dha and choline is not likely to be a problem although of course check with your doctor
Overall good product but i probably will go with something else
