I am not an expert in this area but these guys make great products. Very helpful product.
Probiotics are the cornerstone of my wellness plan. If my naturopathic doctor trusts this brand, i can be confident in continuing to take this product.
Cons
It is what i said but there are other companies meanies selling for half the price and really willing to do whatever they can do for you. After a month zip. No results. I have no connection at all to this company.

Normally that would leave my digestive track in shambles and i would endure irregular bowel movements pains and cramping and a myriad of other issues
