Seams are well made and fit was perfect. A little difficult to takeoff. Wash them in a * bag and air-dry.

Order 2 sizes or a few more sizes larger than your actual size s for comfort you will need someone else to put them on you

I chose the opentoe version which works fine for me with both hiking sandals and even hiking boots
