The silicone sleeve is not large enough to fit over a standard-sized set of balls. If you put a * in it, it comes off even faster because of the weight. Do yourself a favor and spend $50+ on a good medical grade silicone toy.

The shape is basically a stretchy funnel, so it just immediately squeezes itself back off. If you are over 8-9 in length, this isn't for you.
