The small one is a pretty good one for beginner's. The large one is two thumbs together with a thumb behind it. With this kit, the smallest is a lot bigger and took some time, effort and concentration.

I about peed my pants laughing at how monstrous the large size actually was. I prefer these to tapered toys because it's more realistic and actually hurts less. They are soft but sturdy, they form however you need.

The largest size has a ridge so prominent that it feels awesome. The largest is actually two inches wide, and wider at the head, and five inches tall. I won't say i'm disappointed, but it would've been nice to know exactly what i was buying.

The medium is where the fun begins, makes the more experienced guys/gals gasped when you put it in. There is a very plasticy smell at first that goes away with a few washes.

The small is smaller than average girth, the medium is on the high side of average, and the large is as big around as my wrist. The material that they're made from (pvc) is porous and unsanitary for the use case here.
