If your like me you bought higher quality edc because you tired of always having to sharpen due to use everyday use
Ive never been happy with the sharpness of my knives after sharpening them until i bought this set
I disagree personally with the grind angles
All in all i am very pleased with the whole kit and would like to find an extra extra extra fine hone but i dont think they make it
Price
This is a great kit for a reasonable price

Allows even a novice to put a razor edge on most blade types
Am i glad i decided to buy the dmt aligner prokit
It will even work on small blades where another aligner will not work

Bought this one and cheapest lansky with 3 hones to compare this one is better in everything i didnt try dmt plastic knife holder so far but i dont think it will cause any problem if you dont overtighten it would give it 5 stars if it didnt come in cracked box even considering the fact lansky costed 2

So you commit to buying that spyderco or benchmade s90v premium blade and it’s great but you can’t help yourself so you attempt to touch it up with the good old spyderco sharpmaker since it worked so well with other knifes made of say s30v should work right

Then you buy the spyderco diamond triangles for 50 but it’s too much made for changing profiles also imo s90v would wear it out and quick

Also has trouble with chefs knives over 5 or 6 inches simply because of physics which is a design limitation more than a flaw
