I have used the cleaner under 20 times but this particular time is when it bit me

I had got the unit to temp and then set the timer for the max of 20 minutes

I knew i wouldnt be back to shut the heat off so i turned the heat off and let it vibrate for the 20 minutes

As it turns out the heat never shut off even though it was set to off and the timer stuck at the 4 minute mark for about 3 hours

I had turned the knob well passed 20 minutes and a the way to the 4 minute position
