Some of the software side to the phantom can have its limitations and issues the battery life is less than phenomenal especially in the cold and the controller can have difficulty in more urban areas

So the review is for the drone not there customer support which is not even reviewable because quite frankly it doesnt exist they sell drones thats it

Amazon had the best deal at the time so i purchased it right here on amazon but oddly enough it came drop shipped from adorama must be they couldnt get them to my door as fast as amazon

Ive had 2 minor crashes one human error and one equipment related stick to all stock equipment if possible thats another story later on
