This is a great product and good quality. I tour my (Left) R-Cuff and wore it 24/7 for 2 weeks. It was very comfortable and it minimized the discomfort. I’m still using it on and off with ease. I would say to get some help setting it up for the first time but once it’s been done it’s very comfortable to take off and put back on yourself. Some people may have to adjust it a few times to get it right “depending on injury” The other great thing about this product is that it can be used for the Left or Right.  Read Less

Item arrived the next day even though I didn’t pay extra. Put it on straight away and it was quite comfortable. After a bowls session I took it off and the ache returned but after a while it was obvious the ache was less than usual. Later in the day there were times when I did not have an ache. Things have improved already. The next day I asked my wife to adjust it. There are a lot of straps. This time it was a lot more comfortable and more supportive. I do not wear it over night.
