Pros
Purple is a nice hue. Goes perfectly with my kitchen rug which is teal & eggplant. They are very comfortable and durable.
Cons
The stitching is all wrong and the thumb part of the glove is so far out it looks cartoonish. The thumb isn't in the correct position to allow using mitt to grasp hot pans.
After you wash it, it significantly shrinks. The inside trim and sew is a bit messy. If the mitt shifts ever so slightly towards the seam, there is no protection.

I received these in time for thanksgiving and when i was pulling the rack from the oven so i could baste the turkey i accidentally touched the heating unit and it all sparked the mit has burn marks on it now
