After i lost printed instructions after one year the company sent me electronics instructions as well pictures of the screen showing what my alarm settings looks like

One thing to double check though is that you have set the clock for the correct time period

One of our timers didnt come on the first night even though all the settings appeared to be correct but the following morning i looked at the clock and noticed that a pm had appeared next to the time so it was 12 hours out

When it is morning it just shows the time and there is no am

If you have a timer on a lamp for example and the bulb goes you can easily see that the green light is on so it is the bulb that is at fault and not the timer

The last time i was away the electricity went off and the timers i had didnt have battery back up so were all over the place
