Pros

My computers all have an sd card slot and it'll be more convienent using one card type.

Installation takes about 15-20 minutes or less. I'm a field service engineer that works on a lot of cnc equipment. Just works as it should!

Epson p2000 multimedia player to accept 8gb sd cards. Works perfectly with 128gb sandisk sd card, but doesn't operate at the faster data speed at which the sd card is capable. Plus it lets you standardize on one format of storage media instead of 2.

Cons

Stick with reliable cf cards, they are faster anyways. Very very slow. The camera keeps reporting a card error.
