The anchor just like the surplus army folding shovels wasnt the easiest thing to remove at days end but we figured out that if we dug down 6 or so we could pull it out following the directions

It takes maybe 30 seconds max to dig a hole to the proper depth which is marked on the umbrella

Not only did theirs not stay in the ground but the umbrella blew inside out before blowing down the beach
