I keep finding myself completely blown away by how helpful this book is. If you would like to improve any of your work or personal relationships, this is a fantastic book. Could not recommend this book enough.

It can be helpful to gird yourself to take on conversational responsibility. We are all humans and we have templates on how our emotions work. Feelings are hard to express because we've forgotten how to do that.
