Cons there is bound to be some odor leaking out of the pail it’s unavoidable but i have come to terms with it

A part broke on our pail and after sending them a picture they sent us a replacement part at zero cost to us no proof of purchase required and our pail is nearly 2 years old

There are at times a slight smell in my bathroom and i am assuming that i didnt quite get the trap door closed all the way

These bags you must make a knot at bottom to collect trash and when full cut top and tie that into knot and toss then tie another knot and pull bag down to collect more trash

Has a light scent i didn’t know of but it isn’t noticeable outside of the pail once doors closed
