I ran it through my dw a couple of times and it ended up with small rust stains on the steel surface which was disappointing

All i could do was cross my finger that the one i received had an edge capable of cutting

Not to say that the edges arent sharp when i run it across my butcherblock work island it will take up a fair amount of wood with each pass but cutting through a bunch of celery leaves the edges ragged

So while itll take off the surface of my butcherblock like a planer it does a pretty poor job of chopping vegetables
