    Dont try to hurry the process press the metal top down and roll it for a while until all the metal frame is visiblethen turn it out

    Start to roll out the pasta on the frame so you are compressing the two pasta sheets together

    I start by gently rolling across the surface from the middle out to one side and then then middle out to the other side to try and settle everything into place
