Pros
A solid hardworking saw. Good saw, good price,. Added 3kw transformer for around $75 from ali and a good saw blade.
Saw gets 5stars, qc gets 3stars. Great all around mobile saw. Excellent results. Ironically that’s the time when you want it more. Next outdoor tables.
Great for construction and small projects, maybe not fine cabinetry work. Its make up is geared toward portability and/or the cost-conscious newbie woodworker. Used this tool to rip cut maple, walnut and padauk slats for a chessboard project.
The 20” maximum cut is adequate for most projects and for the price ($229 + shipping) it is a great saw.
Rack and pinion system is great and makes the cuts accurate without fiddling with the fence. The fence quick release makes it fast to switch out for a home made cross cut sled.
Cons
Used very lightly and not very durable. The saw was stored dry in a climate-controlled garage. Considering taking this to the dump and getting another brand.
There are not really any saws to directly compare it to, with the exception of the new *, which is getting some bad press right now for it's shoddy build quality.
The top is * in the middle. The miter sled is sloppy as heck and flimsy and cheap.
Dewalt dropped the ball on this one. Same story at the end of 3 weeks. Will be returning it.
Poor and unreliable design from dewalt on this one. I was forced to return it, and its replacement, for virtually the same problem. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

Dewalt is the best brand on the market
My neighbor who is an amateur woodworker is jealous of how nice it is compared to his ryobi
I almost went with the ridgid one which was comparably priced and could take a dado stack this model cannot but reviews made me wary of it
It wont be accurate down to 13234 but it seems like its pretty accurate
