Customer service deserves every rave review. It's affordable and sturdy. Readout is nice.

The gauge to apply more pressure during the workout is simple to use by turning the knob that is conveniently placed. I burn a couple hundred calories over the course of the day that i wouldn't have burnt without this.

Cons

Biggest gripe is noise. Huge flaw for such a noticeable noise to be present in the unit. Buyer beware is a good adage with this poorly constructed but expensive equipment.
