Update 5 july 2021 i just realized that these fixtures are only rated to 60w and in my initial comment i put 180w into it

The bulb in the light had gone out and a replacement was not available

The insulation proved to be more of a hassle than it was worth on a suspended ceiling so i ended up removing it completely

The fixture itself seems just fine but i havent yet been able to find an electrician to install it
