The speaker sounded great but with less than 10 hours of use, it refused to charge or power on. Based on other reviews I've seen, this is not an uncommon problem with this model. I've sent it back to the repair center (on my dime) and will update on how long it takes to repair.UPDATE: It took about 10 days but Denon sent me back a brand new unit. I'm happy with the product performance and the warranty response.  Read Less

When I wrote a review (B&O BeoPlay A2) last month I mentioned I owned a Denon Envaya Mini. One of the people who read that review asked for my comments about this speaker. The Denon Envaya Mini is easily the best portable bluetooth speaker for the money currently on the market. I gave my Bose Soundlink Mini away once I purchased this speaker. The Bose sounds like a speaker that was put in paper sack to muffle the sound. Enough about that.The Denon Envaya Mini is my go-to speaker. I take it wherever I go. It delivers crisp highs, better than decent mid-range and solid bass for everyone except thump-thump lovers. This little tube is solid and built like a tank. I am not going to thrown it around, but keep it in the supplied traveling case and the Envaya Mini is the ideal travel companion. It is easy to pair, battery life is fair to Midland, Texas and charges fairly quickly. Also, with the help of Ben and Ulysses you can own this black and blue beauty.FYI: Go to amazon.com.mx if you want the white and orange version.  Read Less

Having done much research on wireless Bluetooth portable speakers, I happened upon a review of Bluetooth speakers on YouTube clavinetjunkie which reviewed the Denon DSB100 Envaya Mini. I listened to the review with my Sennheiser HD 598 headphones and was very impressed by the Denon Envaya Mini speakers. I subsequently ordered it and have not regretted my decision. As recommended by Oluv 'at volume step 50/100 (with the iPhone maxed out) mine plays for more than 8:30h per charge'. I did as he recommended and I was delighted at the wonderful battery life. I use the speaker for background music when I do my work, and after marathon sessions, it has never died on me. I am very satisfied with the Envaya Mini.  Read Less
