One problem they cant seem to get the packaging right of the four sets three had broken cup

Gave up on getting then to solve they send replacements for the first two but both replacement sets had you guessed it broken cups not just small notch but broken in half

Did not ask for more replacements felt not fair as they willingly send first set of replacements

We advised them in two different ways one that drove amazon to contact manufacturer and get free replacements and one in feedback e mail

I want to mention the pieces are not heavy but that doesnt mean they are fragile
