You really need to massage it in well, but it removes oil and residue without being too drying. Easy to use, then style hair as desired.
These are fantastic! Work well and smell wonderful. It does everything as advertised. But this brand tops then all.
Bed ridden use it every. Easy to use on my 90 yr old mom. It's easy to use, does not make any mess, and as long as you microwave the cap for a few seconds (20 seconds in my old microwave), it’s pleasant enough to use.

However i do wet my hair with a washcloth then apply cap and really rub in good then when i take off i again rinse my hair with a wet wash cloth a couple times
