Pros

The controls are pretty intuitive; i keep the instruction manual in a drawer below the unit for reference. To me, it is so much quicker now compare to my old one. It's not quite apparent as to how to run it so the instruction books are essential.

It has a nice crumb/drip tray in the bottom and the included racks and pizza pan work nice. Toast seems to take longer than a standard toaster oven.

Cons

The wire racks are not heavy duty, so it seems this oven is not designed and built for roasting large birds. The included wire rack, pizza pan, and roasting pan are dishwasher safe; the crumb tray is not. Poor quality for an expensive kitchen applianc... Read More

Delonghi said they had pulled one meant for retail to send to me expedited. This does not. They keep claiming that the warehouse has had some ‘mix-up’.

S are stuck on the blue led kick but it is categorically the worst color to try and read with the human eye
