I opened a case with dell tech support and they replied very fast and acknolegde that it is a known issue with this model

Dell had to order a replacement screen for it and i understand this model is not the latest but it would be nice if they would swap it out for another instead of waiting for the screen because it wont do me much good if the screen goes out completely

This model does not come with ac wifi like the amazon listing says but you can but the ac wifi module yourself for about 25
