E bootable from usb through bios or uefi bootable through iso via virtual console assuming you have idrac6 ssu iso for unified server configurator via system setup and plenty more methods

You will need to do some research in order to make sure you buy the correct memory drives hardware raid controller cpu etc the pre built servers cost way to much for what little you are getting

You will get more for you going this route which is buying a barebones server and getting the rest of the components else where
