I got everything i ordered with only 1 complaint some plastic parts were broken cover retainers but nothing major hard drive was loose also but nothing i couldnt fix myself

I paid extra for the keyboard and the mouse and they were made extremely cheap and the enter key stuck and the mouse was unresponsive at times

I should have purchased the hdmi port as i had to buy an adapter to connect multiple screens

Appearance scores 90 functionality 95 would have been 100 but except for the ones from blair tech if you fail to connect them to the internet before powering on for the first time the windows would not activate
