As a non-computer person, i am very happy with this machine and the preference it has given me this last week. It's way superior to some aio machines i tested in the store.

When this popped up on vine, i knew it would be perfect for us. The screen is a crisp, very high saturation.

Something so simple but totally overlooked. The computer is easy to set up. Connections are seamless. I'm not sure how easy it is to take this apart and make changes to it, the way you could to a tower or even a laptop.

Windows 10 is better than windows 8 and more navigation-friendly. It also has touchscreen capability, which is very handy with windows 10. I wish it came with micro office for free.

Amd a8-7410 2. Gb ram, 1 tb hd. Datum. The processor is fine, i prefer pentium, but the processor did the job.

There are several downers that have ruined this computer for me. Clicking and opening apps is painful.

This is the most disappointing product i've ever bought. I was supposed to have the boxes and shipping set up to send it in for repairs and now 9 days later, nothing. Even checking email is a royal pain.

Machine is still very slow opening, loading office and opening any and all apps. Booting issue occurring is common? It is very slow. Computer is slower than my old hp that was 10 years old.

My problem is with the technicians knowledge of the machine i have called concerning. It seems the techs work on every make and model of machine and don't specialize. The machine _looks_ beautiful, but it is a real stinker.
