The blue light is a little dimmer than my other lights, and for some reason, the bugs just won’t zap on some parts of the inside grill.

I think this is working pretty well- i hear loud pops from it sometimes, so loud that the first few times i thought surely it would be a huge house fly or something equally large (compared to a fruit fly).

But i've never found anything big in the catching rack at the bottom, and in fact have so far only seen, like, 2 or 3 fruit fly carcasses in the bottom rack.

I see some that are stuck between the wires in the light- either they got stuck long enough they've starved, or maybe they got zapped by the light but for some reason didn't fall.

I left it out one night, just sitting on my deck, this morning the bug catcher was overflowing with dead rice flies and mosquitoes.

The metal zapper part is completely covered with dead bugs.

I'm not sure how i'll be able to clean it, but it is an insect serial killer.
