The cool thing about the motion detection is that if used on a pc you can define 1 to 4 target zones where motion is monitored so that pets for example wont trigger recording

I would have given a 5 star rating but i think 4 are enough because of all the hassle i had to go through to get all the features working and here is the bottom linethe cam works great with tons of options available on the onlinepc appit is very easy to install the cam and get the app working on a any apple products iphones and ipadsthe app life online doesnt work on any android devices and i had to contact the seller to recommend a new app p2pcam live or p2pcamlivethe app for the pc will not work unless you reset the cam form the rest button under the cam for at least 40 seconds
