Pros & Cons
Pros
It assembles relatively easily, however two people come in handy when attaching the first leg. My first delivery had been banged around and arrived in a heavily taped up box.
My one complaint, or ask, is that i could be sent another hook. Best value for the money.
Cons
I know it should eventually rust over time, but i’m very disheartened by this immediate issue. Paint flaking from the base and rust showing up already. Durability is unknown as only 2 days old.
Two of the 3 holes were drilled at different heights from the bottom of the top flue. Smoke goes everywhere but the chimney, and the grates are junk. The grate is made of * material.
The metal is so brittle that it easily cracks and falls apart. Newest version uses sheet metal for chimney stack instead of true cast iron.
