For $6 it is a steal. My hubby who is very knife picky uses it all the time. Honestly, i have 7 utility knives on my magnetic board and this knife is by far the most used.
Only setback is that the wood dries out easily. I use it continuously in the kitchen. I take good care of my kitchen knives, only hand washing and drying, and storing in sheath to ensure that they remain in good shape when not in use.
This is probably the sharpest knife i own, out of my many store-bought steel knives. Easy to resharpen with a sharpening steel. Takes 6 strokes on a steel to make them razor sharp again. They are so sharp, that it's almost scary.

The blade is very thin and tapers to a fine point so it’s not going to stand up to a lot of heavy chopping

I discovered it while living in thailand and from then i always have to have at least one its incredibly sharp incredibly cheap in its homeland it costs just two bucks and incredibly comfy

Edge holding is about what one would expect but edge stability is good and it performs better than any of the chinese garbage you will find at wally world

Very sharp but very thin and light like ginsu thin and insubstantial
