The fit bit fits in a mesh pouch and has velcro to keep it in place it wont fall out

This is a great ankle band for the charge 3 for those times when your hands might be full or youre pushing a cart in the store fitbit actually counts arm swing as steps instead of actual steps

The fitbit works much better on the ankle than the wrist as it measures movement and on the wrist steps are not counted unless the arm moves with each step
