Pros

Easy to install and connect (2 connections) once dryer was opened. One of the pre installed jumper wires fit loose and i replaced it with one from the old unit. If you are reasonably handy, this is a pretty easy install.

Dryer is 12 years old. This time hope it lasts a while longer. No idea to longevity but for the time being the unit is in the dryer and working.

Cons

Amazon refuses to refund until we send it back. No refund - just sending us a new one. I paid an electrician to replace it for me.
