I keep it in it case when not using with the auto tune functions on my driverack and the mic has held up well
It did come with the mic clip and the overly huge padded case for 65 bucks huge blessing

It could be used in a pinch in live performance but it is so picky that feedback would be almost unavoidable even using the driverack

Its important to use a usb interface and nor run the pink noise through a mic plugged into the audio jack on the ipad because apple has filters in the audio circuitry that do make music sound great but i didnt want that coloring the dbx mics input signal
