This bread slicer works perfect for my homemade loafs. Sometimes i get thinner or thicker slices, i think i may be squeezing the loaf to make it stay still while i slice.

Over all, i am not able to use this as in my opnion the design and the material is just not correct. It really is a cheaply made product. It's going to the thrift shop.

The cutting guides leave too much wiggle room, so you have to keep a close eye to adjust while slicing. I have to hold both of the tops together while trying to slice the bread because the sides wobble back and forth. Also noter very misleading photo ...  Read More

The slots for the knife are too thin. You would have to pry them apart anyway to get the knife in. I have another dozen knifes for various other uses and none of them really fit either. You can probably only move the blade 1.
