On youtube i found some nice people who have shared into about the product

If the email alert would have worked this camera had a great picture for the price and the ptz function was very good

The software that ships with the camera is very bad

Otherwise i am satisfied with the device

Great camera and the price was right very clear and so far works super

For the price it is a decent camera i have a foscam and this ptz is just as good and far cheaper in price

As to the warranty we will see and hope it lasts that long but for the price i am very satisfied so far

Packaging/appearance

Software that came with ptz was ok for set up but anything else like viewers are useless

I just got the camera today when i took it out of the box i could tell that it had been used

Problem no support what so ever from dbpower

Also tried to contact dbpower for support

I bought it to replace a dlink pt cam that failed i cant fault dlink as i used an indoor pt outdoors hopefully this one will last
