The downloadable software for this is a little quirky but it does work if somewhat intermittently but that could be down to my internet connection

This is a new kind of ip camera so it doesnt work the same way as traditional ones you should be aware of that if youre planning to use it with say windows or ip cam viewer app

Its called p2p protocol which is a leap forward in technology but at the moment theres only one app that it will work with in terms of full pantilt functionality

You can get it working in whats known as onvif mode with other viewers but as mentioned at this time you need the 2cu app for android or ios to get full functionality

I think in future the support of these p2p cameras will increase significantly and youll be able to use whatever app you like

Overall its a very good piece of hardware but id like to see more support generally for p2p cameras with a diversity of apps i think it will come

I simply downloaded the app and plugged the camera into the correct areas
