My only complaint is when removing or putting on the screw top lid you have to read the directions and be precise with the turns or water will leak out the top and burn you

I of course did not use this product alone but i started with this then placed covers on the mattress and box spring and after everything dried i laid down some diatomaceous earth

We also high heated every piece of clothes that we owned and put them in trash bags for now until we can be sure the problem is gone

I used it to clean outside my refrigerator and dishwasher my appliances are black and is very hard to make them look like new using classic cleaning

Works great as listed steamed my window screens that could not be removed from the window frame and it melted the hardend dustgunk right off the screen itself
