Makes all the difference to reading and crafting. Brilliant for embroidery, cross stitch etc. Also useful in the home especially for threading my overlocker.
Comes complete with lead to recharge from usb or plug into mains. Holds charge well and recharges quickly. Can be used from the battery, plugged into the mains or by usb port into a computer.
Hinge is fully adjustable from 0 to 180 degrees. It's very lightweight making mobile use a breeze. Reviews say it's not very sturdy. It is necessary to carefully position the lamp so that it doesn't topple.
Cons
Very bad design point. Very disappointed. Disappointing product all around. Maybe spend a bit more on a more solid lamp.

I am really pleased with the lamp and use it all the time when i am sewing it’s great that there’s no lead because it’s rechargeable
It charges fairly quickly and with the 3 light settings you can have the light strength that suits you
Its led and someone need to inform me whether it truly lasts a lifetime because i am sceptical

If only theyd included an override switch in the folding mechanism that prevented the light from being accidentally turned on by the touch sensitive button it would have been perfect

It does dim in brightness after prolonged use but you can just plug it in to a socket to charge as you continue to work

One bad point is the stupid onoff button or more to the point the lack thereof

Instead of a simple button or switch they fitted a touchsensitive sensor which will turn the lamp on if youre carrying it in a bag meaning that its liable to have lost 23rds battery power by the time you want to use it
