Having quite a small head myself i found that it was too big and my head kept slipping out no matter how tight i tied the neck tie

Also a bit disappointed to find that the cover cant be taken off as we did a bit of travelling around in thailand which resulted in them getting quite grubby to the point where a wipe clean wouldnt cut it

For comfort its better to unzip the small pocket that can be turned out presumably if you rest your head to the side
