Pros

This tea has a floral flavour. I drink alot of tazo chai, and this is a different flavor, but in a very good way. It feels like an authentic indian chai.

Organic loose-leaf tea has the medicinal affect of eliminating my shortness of breath completely. To tea (the stuff inside the brown bag that you're considering purchasing) is a natural product that grows in the wild via mother nature.



Cons

Poor smell and yellowish/brown colour, unimpressive taste. There was no flavour at all. The addition of lavender ruins the experience since it is overpowering the bergamot flavour and aroma.

Tried it a week or so later, and dumped it all out. Am returning the tea. And seeing as this product isn't eligible for returns, you end up stuck with a ton of useless tea.

Ive been using a major competitor davs and the cost is about 5 times higher

No damage to outer packaging at all so must have happened prior to shipping


Would have received five stars if packaging had not been damaged
