While there are perhaps hot sauces out there that can beat this one for heat, when it comes to punishing heat combined with good flavor it's difficult to find a good competitor. Highly recommended for anyone that can stand it, though definitely not recommended for the faint of heart. If you think habanero sauce is hot this stuff will open your eyes to a whole new world of heat more intense than the blazing surface of the sun. I personally like a dab or two in a bowl of soup or mixed into salads and such things to make it super extra hot, my mother's husband likes to use it quite liberally but he has grown up eating straight habanero since he was a child. On the other side of things, my brother came over one day and took a bite of some bread that my mother's husband had merely touched after eating finger food he'd applied the sauce to and my brother yelled and ran for relief like it was boiling water in his mouth. I think he exaggerated his reaction a bit but regardless you may want to try a tiny dab to judge whether or not you're ready to really take the dive into this one if you're unsure of your hot sauce limits.   Read Less
