When it does that the stuff you are grinding sticks to the bowl and you cannot get it out without soap and water.

This 2000g capacity grinder is the most price competitive and maybe shows it most in the quality of instruction booklet, sketchy at best.

The motor may be a little light-duty for the size, the built in circuit breaker trips off fairly easily although we were grinding hemp roots which are very tough.
