The company states that the palette master element is a benq software and datacolor provided all information to support the spyderx sensor with the palette master element already

But i was quite disappointed to learn that after all the money i invested in my mini home photo editing studio that benq does not yet support the new spyderx pro for their sw240 photo editing monitor

So i used datacolors own calibration software which actually made my display worse in the critical adobe rgb color gamut used for photo printing

When i completed the calibration the color gamut check screen showed my monitor displaying only 75 adobe rgb instead of 99 per cent

A call to benq support was of absolute no help

I was told they couldnt help me because i wasnt using the pme software but i couldnt use their software because my monitor isnt supported yet in pme
